Lifetime Achievement Award

ISDS has established the Lifetime Achievement Award to recognize longstanding members who have continually dedicated much of their professional career to the advancement of the Illinois State Dental Society. For decades, these extraordinary members have repeatedly volunteered time and effort serving for the betterment of the Society.  Any member may nominate an active life, retired life or retired member for this award by completing a nomination form.  Deadline for nominations is April 30.  Contact the ISDS Headquarters for details.
